I was looking for a name for my company and asked my father what my Great Grandmothers name was.  He told me her name was Lettuce.  Always being a why person I asked him why they named her Lettuce.  His answer was, I don't know, but "they called her Lettie". Thus the name for my company. 

I am a non smoking studio and believe that your quilts are just as precious as mine and need to be treated with loving care.  No computers are used to quilt designs, just my passion for quilting and 20+ years of quilting experience.
